# Return & Exchange Policy

At TRUEHALO, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

## Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Tags (if applicable) must still be attached.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

## Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We're happy to exchange eligible items (subject to inventory availability). If the item you requested is unavailable, we'll issue a refund or store credit.

## Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or marked-down items
- Limited edition or seasonal products marked "Final Sale"
- Personalized or custom-made items

## Socks & Hygiene Products

For hygiene reasons, socks may only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

## Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

## Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A defective product
- A damaged item
- An error on our part

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

## How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The reason for your return

We'll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
