Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
## Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
From time to time, TRUEHALO may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
## Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed:

- Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery.
## Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
## Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
TRUEHALO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
## Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
If you're unable to resolve the issue, contact us and we'll gladly help you work toward a solution.
## Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of both the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
## International Shipping
At this time, TRUEHALO ships within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.
