# Purchase Cancellation Policy

At TRUEHALO, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, we'll do our best to help.

## Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Because we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated.

## How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page on our website and include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The reason for your cancellation request

If your order has not yet entered processing, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

## Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep your item after it arrives, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

## Preorders

Preorder items may be canceled before they enter fulfillment. Once fulfillment has begun, preorder cancellations are no longer available.
